Why this site is written around load rather than material
Threads are usually discussed by what they are made of and how they are shaped. Those are real differences, but they are not what decides whether a result holds. What decides it is how much tissue a thread can gather, how heavy that tissue is, and how much support the tissue reaction gives back. That is why this site talks about zones, direction of pull and load rather than about products.
Why the early result is not the number to plan around
A thread result is at its most visible in the second and third week, before the tissue has accommodated and while the early reaction is still supporting the position. Planning around that picture is the single most common reason a patient feels misled by an outcome the treatment was always going to produce. The guides here state the later picture as plainly as the early one.
How it is reviewed
The content is medically reviewed by Ke He, MD, head of skin and laser aesthetics at Chongqing West District Hospital, and the review date appears on every article. The site names no product and no brand, quotes no dosage and no price, promises no outcome, and states plainly that the change is temporary and that an uneven or widened appearance is a known possible result.
What this site cannot do
It cannot tell you how much tissue in your own face will load a hold, where an anchor would sit, how long your result would last, or whether a thread would be visible under your skin. Those are findings from an examination. Read this site to arrive at that appointment able to ask which zone is being treated, what is being pulled and in which direction, what the review points are, and what the plan is if the result does not hold.
